Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• 13-26 week contract (flexible)
• Full-time, outpatient setting
• Open to 4x10-hour days, 5x8-hour days, or 4x9 + 1x4-hour day
• Must be available for 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a supportive, patient-centered care model
• Support leadership and contribute to high-quality patient outcomes
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55-63 patients per week
• Maintain documentation and documentation compliance using Raintree EMR system
• Work flexible scheduling to meet clinic hours, including evenings

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• Valid State Physical Therapist license
• Ability to commit to the entire 13- to 26-week assignment
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn HealthStream modules (training will be provided)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in outpatient physical therapy clinics
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and multiple shifts
