Key Responsibilities

• Perform radiographic procedures to assist in diagnosing diseases and injuries under the supervision of the Imaging Director and radiologist.
• Collaborate effectively with patients and their families, as well as other departments, to ensure quality patient care and performance improvement activities.
• Manage time efficiently, maintain a safe and clean environment, and practice confidentiality and professional courtesy.
• Support the hospital’s mission and vision, adhere to safety and infection control policies, and demonstrate competence in radiologic technology.
• Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved radiology technology program.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and state licensure.
• Flexibility to work overtime and perform on-call duties as needed.
• Knowledge of age-related developmental issues for pediatrics and geriatrics.
• Current BLS certification.
• Maintain continuing education credits as required by ARRT.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in radiologic procedures.
• Strong patient communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
