Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients according to treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and develop customized therapy programs
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Good understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of current physical therapy innovations and practices
