Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as Dry Needling, Therapeutic Exercise, Joint Mobilization, and Trigger Point Therapy.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55-63 patients per week.
• Work collaboratively within a team, following clinic protocols and documentation standards.
• Use Raintree electronic medical records system for patient documentation.
• Attend scheduled shifts at the Carver office located inside USA Fitness Gym.

Required Qualifications

• Valid physical therapy license in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings.
• Ability to commit to open to 4x10-hour shifts and at least 2 evenings per week until 7 PM.
• Must complete three HealthStream modules prior to assignment, with proof of completion.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient therapy and familiarity with Raintree EMR.
• Strong patient care skills and versatility in therapy techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
