Job Title

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and treat a variety of adult patient diagnoses in an acute hospital setting.
• Provide therapy for conditions including general deconditioning, post-operative orthopedics such as total joint replacements, and neuro diagnoses.
• Utilize electronic medical record systems to document care.
• Float to different units/departments as needed to support patient care.

Required Qualifications
• Active Minnesota Occupational Therapy License.
• Current BLS certification from AHA.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient hospital experience within the past 3 years.
• Must reside within 80 miles of the facility to qualify for local rate.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting.
• Willingness to cross-train for coverage needs in skilled nursing facilities (not a requirement).
