Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide acute care nursing services on a 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit, including GI and COVID patient care
- Monitor and care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients with telemetry capabilities
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient progress and interventions accurately using electronic health record systems
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Current BLS certification
- Valid RN license for the state of Georgia
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification is highly preferred
- Experience with Cerner electronic health record system
