Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Days shifts, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Operate charge desk during scheduled shifts, including some weekends
- Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patients
- Assist with patient preparation and post-operative care
- Support operating room team in maintaining sterile procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum of one year of current perioperative charge nurse or relief charge nurse experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field
- Two or more years of critical care experience
- Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification
