• Full-time, Night shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in a hospital setting during night shifts
• Assess and monitor patient respiratory status, delivering appropriate treatments and interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adhere to infection control protocols, including proof of negative TB test within the past 12 months
Required Qualifications
• Valid California Respiratory Therapist license
• Current certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Ability to work three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Proof of negative TB test within the last 12 months
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in hospital respiratory therapy in a rural or community setting
• Excellent patient communication and teamwork skills
