Key Responsibilities

• Provide operating room nursing care, including scrub and circulate procedures.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, supporting surgical teams during various procedures.
• Cover a combination of 8-hour and 12-hour evening shifts based on unit needs.
• Participate in call shifts and PRN shifts as required.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing, certification, and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Delaware or Compact state, in hand.
• Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience, including scrub and circulate.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work efficiently in a high-stakes environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a surgical or operating room setting.
• Previous experience with travel nursing is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to float requirements across multiple units.
