• Days, 13- to 26-week contract, flexible start date

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient/clinic physical therapy services in a supportive, patient-centered care environment
• Manage a patient load of approximately 55-63 patients per week
• Work scheduled hours of 40 per week, with flexibility for 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days
• Be open to working 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM
• Utilize Raintree EMR system to document patient care
• Complete required HealthStream training modules prior to assignment

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 months of outpatient therapy experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings
• Strong communication and patient care skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient therapy settings
• Proficiency with Raintree EMR system
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
