Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 13- to 26-week contract, outpatient/clinic setting, flexible start date, flexible duration, dayshift, 5 shifts per week, 10.5 hours per shift, with potential for 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days, including 2 evenings per week until 7:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services within a supportive, patient-centered care environment.
• Manage a workload of approximately 55-63 patients per week.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure quality care delivery.
• Utilize Raintree EMR system to document and track patient progress.
• Follow all clinical protocols and maintain timely communication with patients and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other clinical settings.
• Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Ability to complete three HealthStream Modules prior to assignment.
• Willingness to work evenings two times per week until 7:30 PM.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with outpatient therapy modalities.
• Familiarity with Raintree EMR system.
• Strong patient communication skills and team collaboration.
