Key Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for inpatient rehabilitation patients.
- Provide therapy focused on activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility improvement.
- Utilize rehab gym equipment to assist patient recovery.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress using the Meditech EMR system.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as an Occupational Therapist.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Must be able to work the 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM shift.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in acute care or rehab settings.
- Knowledge of evaluating and treating patients with mobility and self-care challenges.
- Experience with rehab equipment and assessment procedures.
