Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language therapy services to clients according to treatment plans
- Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment provided
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Must have an active NM caregivers account
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a therapy or healthcare setting
- Familiarity with pediatric or adult therapy protocols
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
