- Full-time, day shift, 4 days per week (10-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in a catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) lab environment.
- Assist with arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, and procedures involving insertion and programming of AICDs.
- Administer procedural sedation and monitor patient response during complex cardiac procedures.
- Document procedures accurately using Maclab equipment and maintain adherence to procedural protocols.
- Support and coordinate with the healthcare team during cardiac lab and EP procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Experience with arrhythmia induction, cardioversion, AICD procedures, tilt table studies, and procedural sedation.
- Ability to work flexible call hours, including weekdays and weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab setting.
- Familiarity with Maclab documentation systems.
- Knowledge of electrophysiology procedures and equipment.
