• Full-time, night shift (3x12 hours)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in ICU units across various specialties including OB, CICU, SICU, MICU, and PICU.
• Maintain broad knowledge to effectively manage diverse patient needs within ICU settings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure safety compliance.
• Respond promptly to patient alerts and adapt to changing conditions with critical decision-making.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in accordance with hospital policies.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in New Mexico or multi-state license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA).
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA).
• PALS certification preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with OB, CICU, SICU, MICU, or PICU patient populations.
• Ability to float to different ICU units as needed.
• Flexibility to work some holidays and on-call shifts with rapid response requirements.

Additional Information

• Travel within 70 miles of Silver City, NM is considered local; out-of-area candidates preferred.
• Must arrive within 30 minutes when on-call.
• No recent permanent employment within the last 2 years at the facility will be considered.
• RTO requests should be minimized and confirmed at initial submission and in the confirmation document.
