Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the respiratory department, including scheduling, staff supervision, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee HR functions such as hiring, training, and staff development.
• Handle operational duties including budgeting, equipment management, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Develop protocols and supervise clinical staff to deliver high-quality, regulated patient care for cardiopulmonary conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Occasionally provide direct patient care as needed, balancing administrative and clinical responsibilities.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in respiratory therapy.
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior management or supervisory experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
• Experience with budget management and policy development.
• Familiarity with cardiopulmonary patient care protocols.
