Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room for surgical procedures
- Support surgical teams by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile environment
- Work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced surgical setting
- Ensure compliance with safety and sterilization protocols
- Provide excellent patient care and assistance during surgeries
Required Qualifications
- Surgical Technologist certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- At least three years of OR technician experience
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in modern, rural surgical facilities
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques
