Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Location: Mullins, SC

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Nights (3x12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update patient records accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
• Participate in holiday rotations and every-other-weekend shifts.
• Float within scope to meet unit and facility needs as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina RN license or Compact license in-hand before start date.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a medical-surgical environment.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and accommodate scheduling requests.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a hospital with 28 beds or similar size.
• Familiarity with Epic charting system.
