Job Title
• Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality patient care in IMC, PCU, and stepdown units.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including neuro, trauma, and postoperative care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to implement treatment plans.
• Float within hospital units as needed, providing coverage across care levels.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety standards, including emergency response measures.

Required Qualifications
• Active RN license in Indiana.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS.
• Proficiency in telemetry, neuro patient management, and drips.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with conscious sedation and Level 1 trauma units.
• Prior experience with neuro cases such as CVA, seizure management, brain tumors, or TBIs.
• Ability to float across different units and levels of care.
