Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes accurately.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience in providing physical therapy services.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Certification in specialized therapy techniques (if applicable).
