Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy support to patients under the supervision of a registered therapist
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and therapy activities
• Support patient progress through individual and group therapy sessions
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes

Required Qualifications
• Valid certification or license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Reliable and dedicated with a focus on patient care

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a rehabilitation or nursing facility
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
