Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech language therapy services to patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Assess patient progress and adjust therapy techniques accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Promote patient engagement and support their communication goals.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Proven experience in delivering speech and language therapy services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and assessments.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
