Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement medically prescribed occupational therapy programs to help patients improve their quality of life following injury, illness, or loss of a body part
• Conduct therapy sessions while considering patient gender, age, cultural background, and educational needs
• Maintain empathetic and supportive attitudes towards patients to foster a healing environment
• Ensure therapy practices align with professional standards and medical protocols
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association
• Current licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Montana
• Friendly personality with sound judgment and empathetic approach to patient care
• Ability to work in outpatient settings with flexibility for part-time scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
