- Full-time, day shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cardiac scans, including contrast (Lumason) studies, as well as abdominal, OB, small parts, and vascular ultrasounds.
- Operate sonography equipment efficiently and accurately in accordance with departmental protocols.
- Conduct diagnostic medical sonography procedures within the hospital’s clinical standards.
- Ensure high-quality imaging for general, vascular, and cardiac assessments.
- Maintain compliance with safety and radiation guidelines.
- Document findings thoroughly for physician review.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of an American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) approved course in Diagnostic Medical Sonography and/or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) certification.
- Minimum of two years of recent acute care sonography experience.
- Proficiency in cardiac, vascular, abdomen, OB, and small parts sonography.
- Strong communication, guest relations, and coaching skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with contrast (Lumason) studies.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and technical competence.
