• Full-time, night shifts (12-hour nights, scheduled from 7:45 PM to 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care to adult patients, monitoring cardiac rhythms and responding to patient needs.
• Administer medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, and Nitroglycerin as prescribed.
• Support patients requiring progressive care or ICU-level attention, including the administration of medications like Levophed, Nicardipine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Neo-Synephrine, and Dobutamine.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and documentation protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of MS/Telemetry experience, including familiarity with medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, and Nitroglycerin.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification (required if candidate has ICU experience).
• Ability to float based on skills and first to float policy.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and some holidays.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Progressive Care (Step-Down) units, ICU settings, with medications such as Levophed, Nicardipine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Neo-Synephrine, and Dobutamine.
• Experience with clinical documentation and patient care in telemetry or critical care environments.

Additional Notes

• Shift cancellations are permitted once per pay period at no cost to the facility.
• No on-call requirements; some holiday work required.
