Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour Night shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced telemetry nursing care to adult patients.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and rhythms, administering appropriate treatments.
• Administer medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitroglycerin, and other critical care drugs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and interventions.
• Float based on skillset and as needed to support other units.

Required Qualifications
• RN license in the state of Missouri.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of MS/Telemetry experience including medication management (Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitroglycerin).

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience in Progressive Care (Step-Down) with drugs like Levophed, Nicardipine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Neosynephrine, Dobutamine.
• ICU experience is a plus.
• NICU certification (NIHSS) required only if ICU candidate.

Additional Notes
• Orientation includes two days of hospital-based training, followed by unit-specific clinical orientation.
• Weekend work required on an alternating basis.
• Some holiday shifts required.
• No on-call responsibilities.
• Candidates must be able to attend orientation days and complete credentialing by Tuesday noon prior to start date.
• Minimal cancellations permitted—one shift per pay period at no cost to the facility.
