• Full-time, Nights, 12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide telemetry nursing care to adult patients in a hospital setting.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, respond to arrhythmias, and administer medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Heparin, and Nitroglycerin.
• Support progressive care (step-down) units and ICU patients with medications like Levophed, Nicardipine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Norepinephrine, and Dobutamine.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Attend comprehensive orientation, including on-site training and clinical orientation, to familiarize with facility protocols.
• Adhere to all safety and accreditation standards, including BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• NIHSS certification (TNCC required only if working in ICU).
• Telemetry experience, including familiarity with cardiac medications and monitoring.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Progressive Care (Step-Down) units or ICU settings.
• Knowledge of medications such as Levophed, Nicardipine, Dopamine, Milrinone, Neosynephrine, and Dobutamine.
• Ability to float based on skill set and willingness to be flexible with assignments.
