Job Title

• Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ventilator settings and perform ABG draws and analysis
• Assist with intubation, bronch assist, and intra-hospital transportation
• Provide critical care including NIV and HFNC therapies
• Support unit operations with routine patient care and documentation in Meditech
• Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines such as AIDET for patient communication

Required Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT certification
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, and BLS certifications
• At least 2 years of experience in trauma, pediatrics, and critical care settings
• Experience with Ventilators: Drager, Hamilton BiPAP, V60
• Ability to perform ABG analysis and vent management competently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Familiarity with hospital-specific policies and procedures
