Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist
Location
• Little Rock, AR
Schedule / Job Type
• Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, temporary assignment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services in a pediatric hospital setting during night shifts
• Work 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with floating to other pediatric units as needed
• Deliver care in emergency department (ED) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), with required EPIC experience
• Maintain compliance with all hospital and department protocols, including negative nicotine testing
• Adhere to scheduled hours, with no self-scheduling; dependably follow assigned shifts
• Support the hospital’s mission to deliver exceptional pediatric care in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Required Qualifications
• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification; CRT not accepted
• Experience in ED and PICU settings
• EPIC electronic medical records experience required
• Must test negative for nicotine prior to start
• Ability to work night shifts and fluidly float to pediatric units as needed
Preferred Experience / Skills
• NICU experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of NICU-specific protocols and procedures
• Prior experience in a teaching hospital environment
