Schedule / Job Type
- Nights, Part-time (3 shifts per week), 12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic sleep testing, including PAP therapy titration, in a 10-bed sleep lab.
- Check in patients, set up rooms, connect patients to equipment, chart data, and clean equipment after each use.
- Operate equipment such as computerized charting systems, Natus XLTech Sleep Works, and ResMed S9 devices.
- Ensure proper patient flow and safety during testing procedures.
- Adhere to facility protocols, including badge in/out at the facility and wearing clinician scrubs in gray.
- Complete limited scoring during data collection as part of the sleep study process.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Sleep Tech (RPSGT preferred).
- BLS certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of sleep technology experience and training.
- Experience with computerized charting and sleep equipment such as ResMed S9 devices.
- Ability to perform sleep testing procedures including patient hookup and data collection.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in outpatient sleep labs or hospital outpatient departments.
- Familiarity with EMR systems and sleep study protocols.
- Experience working with pediatric patients (beds can be used for pediatric testing).
