Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to outpatient cardiology patients in an ambulatory clinic setting
• Assist with patient assessments, medical histories, and vital sign documentation
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Educate patients on cardiac health, medication management, and lifestyle modifications
• Document patient care and maintain accurate charting within the electronic health record system
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina RN license or multi-state license/compact license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• 2-5 years of nursing experience, preferably with cardiology or outpatient care background
• Ability to work day shifts and adapt to clinic schedules
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous outpatient or cardiology nursing experience highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and patient education abilities
