Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality licensed practical nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ comfort and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift nursing experience
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced healthcare settings
