Schedule / Job Type
Days shift, 12.5 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and report changes to the overseeing medical team
- Follow established care plans and document patient progress accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Current CPR certification
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts and commit to scheduled shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a SNF or LTC setting
- Strong communication and patient care skills
