Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and document observations accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Proven nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
- Ability to work 12.5-hour day shifts.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Basic proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings.
- Knowledge of regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
