Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license
- Current state licensure and good standing
- At least 1 year of experience in LTC/SNF settings or similar healthcare environments
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts with strong attention to detail
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle multiple residents and prioritize tasks effectively
