Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12.5-hour night shifts, local candidates only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Monitor patient health and document status accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all safety and facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Strong patient care and documentation skills
- Ability to work night shift and provide reliable coverage
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous night shift experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Compassionate bedside manner with excellent communication skills
