Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient conditions and document clinical findings accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient care.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Strong communication and clinical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CPR/BLS certification.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a SNF or LTC environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings.
