- Full-time, 3 shifts per week, Nights, 12.5 hours per shift
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
- Assist with daily living activities and provide compassionate support to residents
Required Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work 12.5-hour night shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a SNF or LTC environment
- proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
