Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting.
• Monitor patient health status and document observations accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach to resident care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Proven experience in LTC or SNF environments.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work a 12.5-hour shift independently and efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of clinical procedures and documentation.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility.
• BLS certification.
