- Full-time, day shifts, 4 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients undergoing endoscopy and GI procedures
- Assist with colonoscopies, EGD, dilations, and other general GI procedures
- Perform IV insertions and moderate sedation under procedural protocols
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
- Maintain compliance with all procedural and safety standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts nursing license at the time of submission
- CPR and ACLS certification (AHA) required
- EPIC EMR experience is required
- Procedural tech skills in GI procedures (colonoscopy, EGD, dilations, etc.)
- Successful IV insertion skills
- MA licensure must be current and active
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with moderate sedation is a plus
- Prior experience working with endoscopy and GI patients

- Orientation occurs weekly on Mondays
- NO local travelers; candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
- Travel history with Beth Israel Lahey Health within the last six months disqualifies applicants
- Parking costs up to $43/day in some cases
- Contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly; hours exclude on-call time
