Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients across a variety of cases
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in providing physical therapy services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings
- Knowledge of current therapeutic techniques and modalities
- Certification in specialized therapy areas (preferred)
