Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Days shifts, 8.5 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions and support patient recovery processes
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses during therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in the state of Massachusetts
• Proven experience supporting physical therapy treatments (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience in outpatient or orthopedic therapy settings
• Knowledge of therapy equipment and therapeutic techniques
