Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients as part of a healthcare team.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy plans to improve patient outcomes and independence.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with medical staff.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant occupational therapy experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in hospital or emergency care settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
