Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with various injuries or conditions affecting mobility and functional independence.
- Provide outpatient services including sports, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, balance, and extremity care.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Travel to multiple points of care within the assigned region as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
- Healthcare Provider BLS certification.
- Ability to travel between care locations.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings.
- Familiarity with sports, orthopedics, neurology, or pediatric rehab.
