Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and document accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to facility policies and state regulations
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
- Ability to work 12.5-hour shifts effectively and provide compassionate patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in an LTC/SNF environment
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and documentation standards
