Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week, local only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Follow facility policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience working in LTC or SNF settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and commit to scheduled shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
