Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Mids shift, 8.5 hours per shift, 5 days per week, ASAP start
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
- Follow healthcare protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Document patient information thoroughly and accurately
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver quality care
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of New Mexico
- Proven experience in LTC or SNF environments preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with elderly or chronically ill populations
- Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
- CPR/BLS certification
