- Night shifts, full-time, local only, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor and report patient conditions
- Assist with daily activities and personal care as needed
- Document patient information and care activities in compliance with facility policies
Required Qualifications
- Valid licensure as an LVN or LPN
- Previous experience in LTC/SNF preferred
- Reliability and dependable transportation
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Knowledge of EMR documentation systems
