Full-time, night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a 14-bed medical-surgical unit with a staffing ratio of 1:5.
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications accurately.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed.
- Monitor and interpret vital signs and medical measurements, adjusting equipment accordingly.
- Assess patients’ conditions and report any adverse reactions or concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in medical-surgical settings preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration and patient monitoring.
- Ability to interpret medical measurements and adjust medical equipment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong bedside manner and patient communication skills.
