Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic services to patients in a clinical setting
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and sessions
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid license or certification as a Therapist or Social Worker (state-specific)
- Ability to work 8.5-hour shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a healthcare or mental health environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices and interventions
